I purchased the first one in 2022 (battery manufactured May 2021). This is a replacement for it. It only last 3 years, but I do keep it on a charger all the time. Seemed like it should have lasted longer, but it did make it past the warranty period, I guess.

Easy installation if you know your way around the insides of a laptop. Only complaint is the battery connector does not line perfect with the connector on the motherboard. You end up with a little loop de loop with the wire connector that you have to gently push down.

Battery will not charge after 6 months, I have emailed customer service several times with no response. Will not buy from this sorry excuse of a company ever again, $65 in the trash. Good thing the battery is fairly easy to replace in my laptop.

CAVEAT: The 91Wh battery takes up all of the space that the traditional HDD uses in my Dell Precision M3800.In order for this to work, you have to use the mSATA slot for your harddrive. So, it would have been easier and cheaper for me to get the smaller battery. As it was, though, I got an mSATA drive, cloned my HDD, removed it, and now I have longer battery life.

Was the exact battery that I was looking for. The price was reasonable as well.

Just the facts: purchased this battery in August, 2019 for replacement in a Dell laptop. The previous battery (which was the manufacturer's original) had lasted for more than 4 years. Bought this as a replacement, but a little more than a year after it was installed, I noticed that it was starting to swell. On these Dell laptops, when the battery swells, it pushes the touch pad out of the case, making it inoperable. Plus, a swollen battery is a safety hazard; they've been known to catch on fire.

This battery lasted 18 months. This isn't horrible, but it isn't great either. The battery was a Dell with a Dentsing label pasted over it. I don't know if it was a new battery, or a recycled/recovered one.The way I found out the battery was bad is that it started swelling so much that I couldn't use my track pad (pressure from the battery to the track pad). Note that the battery was apparently acting normally in spite of the swelling. While I'm not a battery expert I think that a swelling battery is a very bad thing, possibly on the verge of catching fire.That said, the original Dell battery from Dell did pretty much the same thing. So, the moral of the story is watch out for a poorly performing track pad (Dell XPS 15/9530). If you start getting that then check out the battery. It should be relatively flat. If there is such a thing as a non-rebranded Dell battery just maybe that battery might actually be better than the Dell since the Dell is so poor. As a matter of prevention you might want to open up your laptop every 6 months and check out the battery.

Dell does not currently have this laptop battery in stock so I had to order thru this vendor. It's very easy to install, even with a non techy like myself. Just go to Youtube to google how to install these batteries.This battery was just installed in my Dell XPS 9530, so, so far it is working great and retaining charge. I've already run it down to empty once, and will do so another time or two as recommended. The re charging was fast.Highly recommend this 9 cell versus the prior 6 cell battery I had ordered from another source. Original Dell battery was 9 cell.

Ordered this as a replacement for te original battery n my XPS 15 9530. No complaints thus far, decent charging performance and battery life as expected around 4 hours on office usage. Cannotspeak to longterm durability.Be aware that his is the extended capacity version of these batteries so it will take up the 2.5" disk slot on the front right of the chassis!

My Dell XPS-15 9530 is a high end laptop. The 61Ah battery was a little old and only gave me 2 hours without needing a recharge. So the 91Ah battery advertised here looked interesting. To fit it, I had to remove my 1TB Samsung SATA drive, fit an mSATA drive (£120) to make the necessary space.Battery installed ok. Charged 100%.Then, next day the battery was completely discharged (zero volts on cells) Laptop would not start up on mains adaptor, old battery, despite reading 12.34V would not drive the laptop. Only conclusion, is that faulting battery has damage the laptop circuits.Finally: WARNING: This £52.00 piece of rubbish has cost me a £1000.00 I am told because it's Lithium I cannot send it back the way it came with you know who ! Post office will not handle it, Hermes will not handle it, and I must pay the shipping charges up to £4.75 up front, which will be refunded later.A very bad experience. My best advice is in this area, buy an original Dell battery, they can be had for around £100.00.
