Got2BMetallics Permanent Hair Color, M85 Urban Fuchsia

Just because it's permanent, don't think you don't need to lighten your hair. I had been using semi permanent color on my daughter's hair for about 6 months, but was getting really sick of constantly refreshing it because she loves long, hot showers. The back of her hair was always extra faded because of standing in the shower.I was so excited to find a fucsia permanent dye! Finally, I would have to redo her hair all the time. It still fades (especially in hot water), but it stays vibrant so much longer!! I've saved so much money because we can go 6 weeks between coloring instead of 3, and it looks good that whole time.Just make sure your hair is light enough to receive the color. While medium brown hair will change some, it won't be bright. You can see the difference between her bleached hair and her natural hair in the photo. The top inch and a half or so was her natural medium brown hair and the rest was bleached to a medium yellow (it's a deep enough color that you don't need to go as light as you would for pastels). We only bleach every 3 months, and we colour twice in that time. The color over her natural hair isn't too noticable different at the root, but as it grows out, it gets too noticable. This is my go-to purple now. It’s true to color and not reddish. It last a long while and fades to a nice purple tint. It never transfers on things. I have a mix of bleached and dyed hair so the colour is not consistent throughout my hair because the base was different colours to start with. Ice been consistently using this dye for over a year now. Second to last pic is over 2 months faded on half of my head with the other half having a fresh blue dyed over it. Last pic was that same dye job the day it was done 2+ months earlier.

So far I like the results of this brand. My before hair color had been dyed with a rose gold color and then a plum color added on top of it (pre bleach treated). I wanted a change and wanted to try purple and settle on the got2b amethyst chrome. It’s a very vibrant purple which I was looking for. I do wash my hair daily and the color is fading but it’s a nice fade. Pictures add different lighting but in person you can still see the purple shade mostly at my roots. If I touch up I will likely purchase this same brand again. Overall I am happy with the way this turned out despite it not being fully permanent compared to getting my hair colored professionally at a salon. The dye was easy to use and apply, and the directions were easy to read and follow.

better than the softsheen carson purple color. comes out more purple instead of reddish like the softsheen carson. my hair is pretty dark and so the result is not super visible under typical indoor lighting which is fine.

I tried for so long to get purple hair, even going to a salon. But each time I got burgundy rather than purple. Then I found this, and it's honest-to-goodness PURPLE. I get so many compliments on it. I've been using it now for over 5 years. Even family members who didn't like the fact that I dyed my hair love it. It's long-lasting, no odor, and has a beautiful chrome-like sheen in the right light. In sunlight it's stunning. I will be the one with purple hair as long as I live....or as long as Swartzkopf makes this, which I hope is forever.

I’ve been wanting to try this product for a while now. my hair is super thick and long so have to use two boxes at home color, And A box of bleach and toner… I got my bleach for the top of my hair, and saw a great price for the dye So I went ahead and got two boxes. I was shocked. I only had to use one, I did this in August and my hair still looks extremely good With minimal fading

First photo is the Ruby red! I loved the color! I had a semi permanent red red (adore) pigment in My hair prior & it was fading back to My bleach blonde pretty quickly I woulda just stripped it but i had a wedding in 2 days! So I just went over it with the Ruby! I loved it! & it's permanent! So it said... I've wasn't My hair about 4x now and each time the lower half of the color has faded more and more! It's looking more like my bleach blonde I had before the red or a slight off light pink color so I'm gonna make a mix of a few adore pigments I have & try to color match the top for now... 🤷🏼‍♀️The fuschia was gorgeous! I loved that color so much! & it looks like I can just color that over my light brown hair just fine... I haven't tried but I will... but I did, like the Ruby red put it over bleached hair that had (adore) hot pink color in my hair! My roots where coming through and to avoid the constant root touch up I said eh I'll just do this color! Fuschia loved it! But this to being permanent faded fast! In the end I went and got my hair chopped off again & it left me with this cute very light coral pink color hair with some dark roots but didn't look bad! I kept it a while before I did the red and then ruby... alright but for permanent just faded out quick!

This was my first time doing my own highlights and well my foil isn’t exactly the neatest looking but who cares the end result was what I wanted highlights of the amethyst color and not too over the top. I’ll update as I wash and see how long this will take. I also have grays that I’m growing out so this held onto those grays well for now. I am excited to see how it fades as this is my first attempt with this color and brand. I’m going to try the fuscia and mix it in next month so it all blends in. Didn’t smell much at all!

My Mom is 83 and used this product all the time. Her hair is spectacular. Every where she goes people compliment her. She looks like she’s 70. Very stylish.
