Easy to use
It is surprising that you can't buy these readily in supermarkets anymore, because they are so handy! Keep it on your keys and you've always got a pound for the trolley. I noticed some negative reviews saying they don't fit, but you do actually have to take it off the hook and then use it as a normal coin (I didn't think that would need explaining, but just in case anyone is unsure!) Great that you get two, I kept one for myself and gave one to my partner.

Handy Option to Coins
Great little idea and no more hunting for a £1 coin when shopping. Sadly when I went to Morrisons today to try out my new found device, they failed to release the trolley. When I studied the device against a real £1 coin, I discovered that the device is modelled on the old £1 coin that is due to go out of circulation next month. Most supermarkets, if not all, will have changed their locking devices to fit the new £1, so these devices are pretty well redundant now.

Love these
Have brought these twice so far - very useful - as we are all trying to do contactless payment where we can at present and not caring cash - so you end up without a £1 coin for the trollies at Aldi - like the trollies at Wilkos too - you need a £1 coin for these shops but the supermarkets/shops do not se trolley tokens themselves

They fit the trolleys
Nice to have a choice of designs to hang on one's key ring. Nice to know I don't have to ensure I have a supply of £ coins for the trolley. Have only used these in our local Sainsbury so far and they fit perfectly. I do find it fiddly to unclip from the key ring before it can be used, and to clip back on after use, but that is because I have arthritic, stiff fingers. As they come as a pair, I resolved this by keeping the second one unclipped, ready for use, in my pocket or in the dashboard of the car. Still got one on the keyring if I mislay the loose one.

Be prepared to make adjustments or buy another brand
I gave this one star as the bad design is correctable. Firstly the manufacturer didn't think through or probably didn't even visit a supermarket, then they will see that the token dosn't fit in because the clip that fits through the hole stops the token from fitting into the trolly release mechanism. I managed to fix this by using a bag-tie as a connector and twisting it as small as possible so the token can move further into the slot.
