Pretty darn good for what it is
UPDATE: I’ve ordered another one because I’ve filled the first one after about 4 months. I don’t treat this gently at all, but it still does the job. My photos show its current condition (including a strip of packing tape to reinforce the spine). Frankly I wouldn’t want a fancier notebook—I’d be constantly worrying about protecting it.Is this going to be as stylish and durable as a handsewn leather journal? Of course not. I toss this in my purse or tote pretty much every day & the cover is starting to show the wear & tear after a few months. The elastic closure is fine, though, and the paper is reasonably good quality. It's certainly better than some of the cheaper versions out there. (I'm usually writing with a ball point or--if I'm feeling fancy--a Uni-ball.) Bottom line: it's everything that I need for my half-hearted attempt at bullet journaling.BTW... what is it with people complaining about the size? The dimensions are right there in the description.
