Best AC but disappointed with service
AC works great I loved packaging and everything but the people during delivery first that guy dropped package on the floor luckily outdoor unit is working no damage.next during installation the technician said it's better to keep outdoor unit below the level of indoor unit, gave me some foolish reason and then just kept it on the floor and left. Charged â‚ą1500 for this.They didn't even install power plug point asked me to hire electrician to do that, seriously?The technician from Onida ACInstalled everything power plug and all for freeee.Really disappointed in Samsung service now.

It's not much better than it's predecessors, except for wifi option
The device is delivered on time, I was able to get it installed in a couple of days after delivery, considering the demand for service in summer I can say I did a better job in procuring the installation on time.Pros of product: Better cooling Very accurate sensors Wifi option to mostly control ur AC Silent cooling option is a lot better Option to dehumidify and self clean ac after switch off Decent look.Cons of the product: Only voice commands that work with alexa are on, off and set temperature. No horizontal oscillation. Remotes that are provided are still IR. No wire and plug provided for outdoor unit to connectvto power supply. Outdoor unit sound is still high. The installation folks doesn't use the washers that are provided by the manufacturer to reduce the noise of outdoor unit.

Good Ac, but with a manufacturing defect!!
The problem with this ac is you won't get direct air under the ac, because the ac flap doesn't comes towards downside..it will throw air towards middle and upper side..so if you are expecting the ac air directly to your bed you won't get it..you need to sit at least 7-8 feel distance to get the direct ac air..Thats the only issue which is bothering me..but can't do anything..except this the ac is good, nice cooling and energy efficient.

Remote need more improvements
There is no display light in remote. Remote buttons also not glowing in night time. Difficult to operate in night time. Without remote AC is excellent.

Pretty good for what it does, would have preferred the 5 year PCB warranty though
Love the Smart AI app. AC doesn’t particularly make a lot of noise. Installation was a hassle, but all good once completed. Would have preferred a 5 year PCB warranty besides the 1 year warranty though, since other ACs also provide it. It will end up costing more than 11 thousand to purchase a 4 year additional warranty, driving the cost of the AC unnecessarily higher.

5 star ac are for India
If you are looking for ac that is 5 star rated in energy consumption and fits in your budget, then go for it, good package with all the latest features like wifi operation and the Samsung app connectivity works fine without any hiccups.
