RITE-HITE Isolator-Bolts for Blind Holes - 4 Pack, Ideal for Mounting Trolling Motors, GPS Systems, Depth Finders or Where a Blind Hole Application is Required

Used this to mount my brand new Minkota trooping motor. To begin with, it comes with two different length screws and the shorter ones wouldn’t work at all. The base plate for the motor is only 1/8” thick and that’s exactly how short they come up. Not a huge deal as I had the right length in the garage. Got it mounted up and felt super stout. Hit the water the next morning and before we even got to a fishing spot and hitting some wakes and turbulence on the water, all of the rubbers tore completely and about launched my brand new trolling motor into the lake!!! Good thing I was paying attention to the motor and shut the boat down to grab it or I would have lost it!! Still haven’t even gotten to use the motor.

They break very easily and came with two different size screws two 2 1/4" and two 3". I had to get longer screws from the hardware store to complete the installation. I used these on a Minn Kota Maxxum 101 and ended up needing to buy 4" bolts for it to work. Other than that they do the job intended and shipping was quick.

avoid these if you can. just put in the work and use nuts and bolts. i had trouble getting the bolt to engage the nut. i do not recommend these be used with your trolling motor but only as a last resort

The first set I bought worked great, the second set didn't even let me make it to the water before they came appart

These are just what I needed to mount my Minkota trolling motor in the bow of my fiberglass boat.

There was a small bead of steel in the head of one of bolts so my screwdriver could never get a bite. Swapped that bolt with another and installed isolators . They lasted maybe three hours. They never stayed tightened and the rubber shredded. Badly made with no quality control

My trolling motor pulled loose (20 years old). These were easy to install.
