Received the AC the next day. The installation folks arrived the same day after calling for confirmation. I have previously owned a Sanyo AC and can vouch the customer support is better than several products I have seen. They pick the calls even when they are not directly responsible and help the customer.The technician for this AC arrived as was a bit rude but did the installation properly and with care. Installation cost was fine too but I had to bring my electrician to pull wires separately for the AC.The Panasonic AC itself is fantastic. It cools fast and uses less electricity. I would have liked if the noise level was a bit lower but that's fine. The outdoor unit as surprisingly quiet as well. The features of this AC is cherry on the cake. The phone app can be used to control various features of the AC and customize to your need. The remote is quick and effective as well. All in all, a great package. Hope it stands the test of time.

The AC is great! However following factors should be kept in mind, before buying AC of any company.Installation is NOT FREE! They will charge you INR 1200-1400 + 18% GST. The AC comes only with a copper pipe approx 4-5 meters. If you require more than that then it is chargeable. Drainage pipe is chargeable approx ₹ 200 per feet. AC compressor (outside unit) stand is chargeable approx 999 + 18%GST. If you are installing this AC on a normal wall where a hole has to be drilled, then the drilling is free. But if there is core cutting (drilling hole in RCC column of beam) then the cost of drilling is almost ₹ 3000 per hole drilled. Also, they shall charge you for masking tape separately approx ₹200 for masking the pipes. So basically the cost of installing one AC can range from 3k to 6k depending on wat all is required. Know this and ask specific questions if you are buying from a shop. DONT EVEN THINK THAT IF INSTALLATION COST IS MENTIONED as ₹ 1200 + GST, means that your AC will be installed in ₹ 1500. This is not possible under any circumstances.Ensure you are well aware of all these points. Have a great day ahead!

Product is good and i got it @29000 during amazon festive sale. Noise level is low. Coolong good. I havent used it much as of now so cant say about energy efficiency. Installation was smooth. Overall its a good product. I dont see any issue on this product but rating it 4 as i am yet to use it throughly. Will upadte later.

The product was awesome. But the installation charges was too high. I pay around 3500 for installation. That was too high. But the ac cooling very good and fast coolin. Very silent ac . Alexa works well . I am always on the ac with Alexa. It does not need a remote

This AC was perfectly working for the first year (2022).I started getting calls and messages in Dec 2022 to buy extended warranty (amount ask was almost 20% of the product value) which were annoying - why would I need to buy extended warranty for a brand new product.AC was also working in 2023 for April and May months but I decided to install MirAle app and mobile control of the AC.Now AC has stopped cooling from last 1 month and giving error F91.My other AC is very old and working fine for years.Pathetic experience for my first buy with Panasonic brand, will never buy any Panasonic items again.

AC delivery and installation was good. Cooling is also very super fast within 10 mins my entire room gets cooled. Need to check my current month bill for energy consumption. I hope this won't be too much. As this is Smart AC, you can check the energy consumption of daily, weekly and monthly also on Miraie app. Besides, you can control the AC with this app. Remote is just ok, look should be modified as it looks like a cheap quality remote. Overall satisfied with this product.

The AC works as promised. Great cooling and low power consumption. It takes just a few secs to cool the entire room and we usually turn it off post that.The installation process was also very fast and hassle-free. The team came on the same day as the product was delivered and completed the process. The installation bill did turn out to be higher than expected but I am aware why that's the case.Now, some minors things which I am not very happy about:- It take ages for the AC to turn off. Once you press the power off button, it takes a long time for the AC to be completely off and noiseless.- I am unable to preset temperature. Everytime the temperature needs to be set when the AC is turned ON.- The AC fan has been making noise sometimes. Its been rare and I have not been able to identify the reason, but the unit fan starts making sounds at certain fan speeds. But it does not happen always, so I am unable to replicate the issue. Will be raising a complain for the same.But even after the above reasons, I would recommend this product. I am yet to try the SMART features.
