They seem to be working well as far as I can tell. They taste great no medicine taste or after taste. I like them so much I buy them on a regular basis now. I love that they have collagen and biotin both. Highly recommend.

I have been taking collagen powder for a few years now and it has been a pretty big game changer. I hate to admit it but I am getting older and because of this I struggle with wrinkles, dried out skin and thinning hair. I came across collagen and have found that it really slows the aging process, as far as these issues are concerned. In fact, my nails have never been stronger.I enjoy taking collagen in gummy form because sometimes the powder form gets a little old. Don't get me wrong, the powder is highly effective and has its place but on days when I am in a hurry or just don't want to put in the effort of measuring and mixing, these are very handy and time saving. I like the way these taste as well. They are sweet and pretty much taste like gummy snack candies. They don't taste bony or meaty at all either. They don't even have any noticeable yucky aftertaste.

These collagen and biotin gummies from Built by Nature are delicious, easy to chew, and come loaded with additional helpful minerals, such as zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin E. The collagen dose is pretty low though - 200mg- and I'm not sure how much help it will be. Still, the body will hopefully make the best use of it toward keeping the skin healthier and more youthful.If you're in need of higher concentrations of collagen, then I recommend getting the powdered collagen kind, of which there are plenty to choose from here on Amazon. I like these collagen gummies. They came in a sealed bottle and seemed fresh. They were not sticky at all and they didn't stick together. You take 2 a day and they will last 30 days. Each gummy has collagen, vitamin C, E and Zinc, plus biotin. The texture was good and the flavor seemed ok too. I love that they are from a company in Utah.

I take collagen powder every morning...I absolutely swear by the anti inflammatory benefits. All my little aches and pains from the gym and back surgery years ago have been significantly reduced! They will give me a little extra collagen at night, and the biotin should help improve my skin, nails and hair. The gummies themselves are a tiny bit tougher to chew than most, but perfectly acceptable. I like the flavor that isn’t too sweet, and it disappears quickly.
