They are sharp

After numerous purchases on Amazon, I feel compelled to leave a review. If this is your first knife set, then you don’t know how good you have it!The lightweight knives easily slice through all of my veggies. Clean cuts without crushing the vegetables, like tomatoes. The blades are extremely sharp, so take care when slicing thin. Simply pushing the knife forward as you cut produces wonderful results. I use a bamboo cutting board; avoid anything a stone cutting board or cutting directly on counters. Worth the investment!

With a little bit of care, these knives are phenomenal! They stay sharp much longer than my metal knives. Can cut vegetables like a tomato, without any effort. Great product.

These knives are as sharp as I have ever used. The handles are shaped well and fit both my wife and my hand well.

This is the most AMAZING, SHARPEST, IMPRESSIVE, Knife i have ever used. These things are incredible! Buying another one as a gift! You need this in your life. Forget any other knife. First Impression, i was a little skeptical because it felt like one of those plastic knife they give you for takeout, I laughed because, after I tested how SHARP this thing was, I felt like I discover a new element. As a test "DO NOT TRY THIS" (I'm a professional idiot) I shaved my arm with it to see if it can match my KaBar survival knife. Wow! Kycocera may make crappy phones but their Knifes are out of this world!!!

Broke with first use on yams. Followed Instructions. Kyocera was completely unresponsive. you’ll never get a refund.

Excellent cutting

I read many 1 star comment on this product, and I can say they don't know how to use this knife. You can only slice thing with this knife, you cannot chop things !!! Remember , it is CERAMIC, not metal ! I've been using this Kyocera for years ! And it is wonderful !!!
