This product did not help me at all

Being there’s a barrage of supplements on the market to choose from these days I keep my expectations pretty open. This product came highly recommended to me to try out and I have been taking it now for about 3 weeks and I am absolutely loving my experience so far! I have noticed a HUGE difference in my mood and ability to focus. Having a sensitivity to caffeine and stimulants I was pleased to have absolutely no problem whatsoever with jitters or irritation to my stomach. I began noticing a change in my mood and mental clarity within week 1. I was pretty impressed to notice results so soon. As a competitive bodybuilder I am loving the mental boost and looking forward to seeing how it helps my body to recover and push through my workouts as I continue to take it. I’d have to say so far I am definitely a big fan of this supplement!

I have taken this for two weeks so far and I have noticed less soreness after my workouts AND a faster recovery time!Historically, I'm not an active person but I've recently picked up ice skating, Beat Saber, and some at-home body weight HIIT workouts. After a session of any of these, I used to get an "I can't walk oh god" feeling for a few days after. It would break my routine, I'd end up waiting a month until I work out next, rinse and repeat.These supplements helping to reduce that has helped me stay on track and not give up :DI often worry if supplements will negatively affect my currently prescribed stimulant medications, but I have had no noticeable side effects with this so far, that's a huge plus!I'm looking forward to seeing the long-term benefits from this supplement; I'll be sure to update this review in a few weeks with any new findings.PS. I haven't had any issues with the tingly feeling I've heard about in beta-alanine supplements, nor have I been jittery!

I’ve been working out and playing soccer a lot lately. My body has been struggling keeping up with the demands of my activity but this supplement has helped lessen my soreness!I’m used to either dealing with the pain or using some Tylenol but I’m so glad I was introduced to this product because it’s a much better healthier option than typical painkillers and I love the other benefitsI don’t normally take summer classes but I am this year and have had trouble focusing. They are all online so I’ve found it difficult to focus but after taking these in the morning with my coffee I’ve noticed a significant increase in my ability to focus and get my work done!Would definitely recommend and will be buying again!
