Baidecor Music Note Silicone Chocolate Molds Candy Mold Set Of 3

In general, these did their job well; white chocolate filled the molds easily (I used a piping bottle), and the candies popped out pretty easily afterward. However, I have two criticisms:1) Like one of the other commenters, I was unable to get out the joined notes without breaking it in half. I tried very carefully, three separate times — no luck. Jello and other flexible substances would probably be fine, but for hard substances like chocolate, the joined notes simply aren't built to come out of the mold.2) The notes are "backwards." That is, they're facing the correct direction when you fill the tray, which means that you can't flip them over and use the smooth flat molded side for decoration. Since it's hard to fill them completely smoothly, it meant that the bumps from filling were visible on top.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these molds!! This was my first time using silicone instead of the traditional plastic and they were super easy!The ONLY negative was the double/beamed note. I couldn’t get that one out without breaking it in half, but fortunately there is only one of those on the mold.~Lacey~

These molds worked really well and were an easy cleanup.
