Was in a lot of confusion to pick a yoga mat as there were too many choices. Finally selected this primarily based on the info that the vendor is into making rugs, carpets. My choice turned out be to be really good. The mat is very thick unlike another expensive one which I bought earlier. It really holds onto the floor very well without any hint of slipping. And the design is subtle and elegant. It can actually be used as a floor runner (carpet) as well. Thanks to the vendor. Will definitely make other purchases too.

It is good product

The mat is quite long, some substance is applied at one side of mat which makes it non-slip & great for Yoga. Although for a few asanas, mat won't slip but leg slips a little. There's less or no cusioning effect as compared to regular TPE mats. Looks great. If you want to go for a cotton mat only, then this one is great.

Very real experience. I ordered this mat because it's made up of cotton and gives off a very eco-friendly vibe which resonates with yoga. I also LOVED the colour and design. I like the grippy side of the rug which holds the mat in place. It looks beautiful too, in fact, I don't roll it up after my session because it looks really lovely in the corner of my bedroom floor. I will say if you're someone switching up from a silicon/plastic yoga mat, you should know that it is made up of cotton which means you'll feel the *slightly* harsh ridges of the rug on your feet or hand, and you might find your skin quite dry after exercising as its the nature of the material -- but that's just my experience it may not occur with you. It also makes you a little uncomfortable while exercising as it doesn't have the spongy feeling of a silicon mat. But again, that's my personal experience. If you're used to using cotton-like material while exercising, it may be the perfect thing for you, not something if you want a smooth, soft and spongy base. 4/5 starts just for this, overall, it's great! and makes me feel satsified knowing it's not made up of plastic or similar material.

Good quality, adequate thickness, with good anti skid material. Little bit rough.Over all good product and value for money.

Ideal for yoga. Worth buying it.

The seller calls it a 10 mm mat but it is not even 6 mm. It is not soft as they said in the description and they have put some sort of glue at the back to make the mat not slip on the floor. With time the glue will gather dust and the mat will become super clumsy to use. Also, the biggest problem is that they are lying about its thickness.
