Got this book at the right phase of my life. For people who do not belong to Christian Faith (i certainly dont) you may not find a connect or inclination to keep reading ( or if its on audible ...then keep listening it). Joyce Meyer (JM) heavily quotes a lot from the Bible . However, i kept at it and just went ahead listening to this audio book to understand the intent and spirit of her message rather than tying it to a religion ir a scripture. I must say her words have changed my life (atleast this passing phase of my life). I got the courage to take some extremely bold moves on my career front (not sure how they will pan out though..but these are the moves i am rejoicing and definitely won't regret). Her words only reinforced and convinced me on what i wanted to do. I will keep coming back to hear this book whenever I am found wanting some inspiration or courage to do things that i am postponing to do. Thank you JM.

Its so helpful like me who do not know how to trust god in our trouble times. Cause setan deceives our mind to fear troubles from the beginning of this world. Thank you joyce may god bless you..

Tells it like it is
I really enjoy Joyce Meyer's books because she is very straightforward and relatable, and this book is no exception. She walks you through different aspects of fear, and instead of being preachy she offers advice from the heart. Everything is supported by scripture, and she encourages the reader to follow-up on their own with suggestions for further reading. I love her phrase, "You can have feelings, just don't let them have you."
