Best piercing ever
Painless, the plastic falling out after piercing is normal so don’t freak out… I almost did lol. But literally the system they made for this is practically flawless. There’s no sliding ur earring back off, or any attachment at all once the earring is put in. Hey I am the person that almost always gets seconds from passing out whenever I do ear piercings but this was so easy I barely got dizzy!

I don’t always write reviews but when I do it’s because it was good!
Pain tolerance is subjective, but honestly it was so easy and nearly painless that I had to write a review to rave about it. I just saved myself $90 having a friend re-pierce my thirds with this product! I honestly wasn’t even sure if she pushed it in all the way because I barely felt it. I had my thirds done about two years ago at Target (Rowan) and that actually hurt! I will absolutely purchase again when my daughter decides to get her ears pierced!

Easy, Inexpensive, Painless
I have 21 ear piercings. All but 2, I did myself before I was an adult. Back then it hurt like heck and took forever with an apple, ice cube, and sewing machine needle - now that's OG! Kits like this didn't exist for consumers and I didn't trust the teen employees at the cheesy mall jewelry stores. Recently I wanted to "fix" some piercings that were placed wrong or since migrated too low, so I used this kit to re-pierce new holes in the right spot. The pen in this kit is necessary so you can mark, check, double-check, and pierce in the exact spot you want. I did not feel the first one (other ear) and the other (#5 up pictured here) stung for about 15 seconds because it borders cartilage. No blood, no mess, super quick! They still aren't painful a week later and easy to sleep with. It's important to clean new piercings with Hibiclens in the shower daily and use saline spray twice daily too.

Cute simple stud options for my helix piercing.
I occasionally purchase an ear gun piercing kit as a couple of my ear piercings close if I don’t wear anything in the hole for a few months. Sometimes I choose to leave them out for a bit because of the irritation I received from a metal that I was allergic to. Basically I can only wear stainless steel based body piercing jewelry. I know it’s not recommended, but I used this for my partially closed helix piercing on one side. It was tough to get it straight on the first shot because of not being really able to see with the angle so I had to use my beauty mirror so that could enlarge the area that I was working with. I’ve had that specific piercing redone multiple times with a professional as well as myself and it always ends up closing up. I think it’s in a tough location because I always tend to get my hair products on the piercing as well as knocking it flipping my hair, with my sunglasses or glasses, etc. Well it’s been a few days with just some sensitivity, but so far so good! Of course this is probably because I hit the piercing roughly a few times with my glasses. I will update later if I have a problem down the road.

Great kit, but watch out for the prongs
The piercing gun worked really well—quick, easy, and clean. The earrings are pretty and feel secure. My only complaint is that the 6-prong design tends to catch on clothing or towels, which is painful with fresh piercings. Just something to be aware of. Overall, a great kit for at-home use!

Super Easy to Do!
I’m not an expert at all and these made my daughter’s ear piercing experience and fun and memorable one! The hardest part was marking the ears because you never realize how different two ears can be until you go to pierce them. But they turned out great and my 11 year old had little to no pain. I would’ve paid $50+ to have them done professionally and I think they look professional.
