Exactly what we needed. Make sure before ordering that the shaft is the length you need. We almost ordered another unit but realized the shaft was too short for our installation. Also, you should be able to just pull off the old fan and use it on this model. If buying a new fan, make sure it's the same circumference and height as the old one. Not much tolerance.

Our exhaust fan is 32 years old, I never expected to be able to find parts, much less for this price, much less direct bolt-in.

It was easy to install and worked great.

easy to replace the old one that burned out all it took to get out was unplug the wires and take out two screws. once it was out the plastic fan slid right off the old one onto the new one! It was way cheaper than buying a whole new unit and took about 10 min to change out!
