The media could not be loaded. I had initially bought this for my kid as a substitute of watching rhymes on tv and mobile. It worked well, my baby loved it. The only thing to be careful is to use the correct mentioned battery as suggested by them once the current battery dies.The customer support is also great. When the book stopped working even with battery replacement from local shop I wrote email to ditty birds and they gave solution to use good LR1130 AG10 battery. After ordering that battery online it started working again.
