Panasonic 1.5 Ton 3 Star Twin-Cool Inverter Split Air Conditioner (White)

I purchased this AC through Amazon pay later EMI option. It was very useful for me. AC condition is very good. Fast cooling.

This is a very good ac. My room measures 140 sq ft and one side recieves direct sunlight. Still it cools very well at 27 deg C. It has a very powerful air throw that does quick cooling. Received ac within two days of ordering and was installed very next day. Overall nice experience.

I was planning to buy an AC for quite a few days and after reading and watching so many reviews I decided to buy this Panasonic air conditionerI ordered it and scheduled the delivery dateDelivery was handled by Delhivery and it was such a pathetic experienceAC arrived at final destination almost 3 days before the scheduled delivery date but still it wasn't delivered to me on scheduled dateI called Amazon and raise a complaint and they assured me that it'll be delivered by tomorrow but nothing happened the next day, this went for two days and I was worried what's happening with my order since it was a prepaid orderNo one called me even once for delivery, When I reached out to Delhivery local hub they were telling me that we didn't received your Mobile number from Amazon that's why we couldn't deliver it and the excuses went onI was so frustrated, amazon was just telling me to wait and Delhivery despite of receiving the package so early couldn't deliver3 days after the scheduled date when product has been sitting at final destination hub it arrived on my doorstepNow Amazon mentions that 2 person will come and they'll put it in room/place of your choice but they dropped it on my door and said that we have delivered it to your door that's enough, you have to put it on your ownAfter receiving the product nor amazon or Panasonic called me for installation as mentioned during orderingI was so fed up, I just called another electrician and got it installedNow let's review the AC itselfThe indoor unit is very compact compared to other ACs, it comes with Indoor unit, outdoor unit, Copper pipe and Remote with batteries. Not to mention that it doesn't doesn't come with input wire which is used to connect it with wall socketLet's divide the review between pros and cons from herePros-Looks very simplistic and modernCooling is also very goodLow noise levelHidden display with option to turn it off in darkCons-It has swing but fins located inside which affects the lateral direction wind flow don't moveYou have to manually set thembuttons on remote are very small and not satisfactory it's not like the build quality of remote is bad but the design totally sucksOverall a good purchase but my shopping experience with Amazon was just so horrible

The AC comes with good built quality. It does make much sound and Air throw is amazing. I am surprised with its performance. Full marks for it but I am quite disappointed with the installation process and installation services.I had requested for company installation assuming installing team would have proper knowledge and well equipped installing tools but these were just some street electrician who were not well equipped and trained.

Product are not good condition, Out door unit's fins are pressed.

I ordered it for my hometown Dehradun. It Delivered with in 2 days and installation was completed on the same day of delivery by Panasonic. Very happy with the service and installation.
