The old cat is not happy about the new cat
…. And we have cats fighting… we tried to separate them in different ways…. The screen is by far the best way…. They can see each other and smell…. Very easy to install…. Maybe 10 minutes. Very important to measure the door frame in advance

Great product
This screen is great for introducing a new cat to a resident cat. Easy to set up. Sturdy.

Great choice, does need more adhesive
We bought this as a way to keep our office door open during August and September to keep the room cooler while our son went to online school but also to keep our cats and dogs out. Anyone who has cats knows they love getting on keyboards while you work. We got this and it truly did the trick. We thought maybe it wouldn't hold up to our bigger dogs or to the cats trying to claw at it but the durability of this thing is pretty impressive. Our cats scaled it like Everest, our dogs pushed on it with noses and pawed at it, our cats clawed it, and it held. I'm not saying they're wasn't some damage. There was. Small punctures from cat nails but no runs, no scratches, no tears. The only thing we found is that it needs a better adhesive design or something for the doorframe. We ended up having to put multiple pushpins into our doorframe just to keep it up there and even then we had to push some pins back in every other day or so from the animals messing with it. I will say that the adhesive on the floor held up just fine. It does work. You may just have to get a little creative to keep it tacked up.

Secure - Cheap - Does the job
If you use the screen door a lot, I recommend that you take care of the zipper because it will break without proper maintenance/care.Also if you have "determined" cats, you may need to add thumb tacks to corners to make it extra secure.

Pretty good so far
I bought this a while ago but just managed to put it up fairly recently and it seems pretty decent so far. Just some disclaimers about my review: I definitely made several mistakes that were entirely my fault, I have a very small living space, I'm short, I didn't put mine in a door, and I'm physically disabled with sensory issues. I want to maybe help those considering it in a similar situation to me with this review so that's why all of that is relevant!First off, it's totally fine to get this if you don't have a door way to put it on. I wanted to stop my cat from getting into the kitchen and managed to put it up just fine despite the high ceiling stopping me from attaching it on the top. It's definitely too long and too wide and I don't if that's because I ordered the wrong size or if it was the closet I could get, but, even with the slack, it's fairly sturdy and most of it is still attached to the walls despite weird folding I had to do because of the size. The only spot that didn't really stick was on the top and that's likely due to weight, how I had to adhere the sides, and the fact I had to lift those corners up several times after sticking them, but hammering those corners was actually pretty easy aside.Secondly, if you're physically disabled or not putting this on a door frame with the screen door slightly too big, I suggest actually having a second person. I can see where it's an easy install if the conditions are right, but it's a little tough alone. I recommend also starting from the bottom if there's no ceiling or some kind of thing to attach the top to, especially if you have tall walls. Just to ensure that you're not starting too high. Just a head's up to those that have arthritis, I recommend wearing compression gloves or having someone help you. It doesn't require a lot of force, but the constant pushing down for the velcro and then adhering it to the wall did hurt a bit for me.In case you're like me and didn't consider the texture of this thing and have sensory problems, cover up because the texture was awful.Short people, I'm sorry. At least if you need a taller one. Just keep in mind your height before purchase so you can reach the zippers without getting on your tippy toes.Aside from all of that, the velcro is staying quite where and there's no real peeling happening so far. I did hot glue a little piece of fabric on the upper portion and put a nail in the wall so that it stays completely open and that's been really nice if you have to carry anything through it and I'll probably add something to the zippers to make them easier to reach.

The adhesive is not great
The mesh itself is great. We have 2 cats (neither are climbers though), and neither one of them has been able to destroy the mesh. I'm honestly really happy with the product itself. We are using this to keep the cats separated from our new puppy, so we walk through it quite often. It's in our primary bedroom doorway. The adhesive on the bottom corner (where we most walk over) is constantly coming up. It's coming off the floor, off the wall, everywhere. We're constantly having to fix it to continue to keep the pets separated until they can get along. After they do get along, we're planning on moving this to another doorway. I will be purchasing a different brand's adhesive tape, and hopefully it will work better.I will say for installation, DO NOT lay it on the ground and put tape on while your cats are around. They continued to mess with it and make it a very difficult task.
