BE CAREFUL, DONT BUY, KEPT IT TO LONG. NOW WE ARE OUT 70.00 BUCKS PLUS DAMAGES
This walker is said to be good to 500 lbs. Well just after 1 month the legs started to look like one was bowing. My hubby weight is 224. It became impossiable to fold the side in that looked like it was bowing. He got up to head to kitchen. He doesnt depend on walker alot just there in case. He took one step. It just foled under him. With one knee stuck between bars on one side other knee stuck on other side. Blood running everywhere. From bolts. When i got to the room he was in so much pain. I had to reach down and break the walker apart. To free one knee. Had to call EMT to get other knee out. Nothing broke. But lots of swelling. Big cuts and brusies. I think i should be refunded for this purshase.

For Me, This Was A Piece of Junk
I honestly do not know why or how this walker has such a high rating unless I just happened to get the one piece of junk in the lot. If there were a way for me to return it, I would.About myself: 52 yo woman, 330 lbs, active, walker-dependent 95% of the time, unable to walk independently for about 2 years, currently in PT trying to regain my natural ability to walk. I bought the walker in July 2019 to replace the one I had for years. So, I'm well below the high weight limit and, being active, I use my walker constantly. Not long after I got the walker, but after the return window closed, if course, the left side of the walker would no longer close and my husband and I couldn't fix it. Over the next few months, the walker just became less and less sturdy and I noticed that a screw in front of the left "handle," had worked loose. I tightened it, but it works loose all the time - I now carry a Phillip's head screwdriver with me. The rest of the Walker, especially on the left side is extremely loose and I'll now have to find Allen wrenches to tighten those areas (at least, it LOOKS like you'd use Allen wrenches. I guess I'll find out). Now I wonder, should I buy another walker like this, or cut my losses and buy a Drive walker, who's name is at least synonymous with quality DME?

Best walker for the money !
My husband just had a total knee replacement, he is a big man, (280 lbs) and I was afraid the regular less costly would not hold his hip width or weight. Wow, does this one deliver! He had surgery 2/25/2019. Has been discharged and now home. The surgical team were very impressed with his walker, and everyone loved the blue frame. It is by far better made, stronger, and better looking than the Medicare model , and the wider frame allows him a sturdy step inside the frame support that is necessary for safe support when walking. Cannot express how pleased we both are !

Buy from a Medical Supply instead
One star is sufficient if you only need this for minor stability. If you actually need a walker to move, I highly recommend buying from a medical supply store. *This is feedback from the person this was purchased for. This person is almost no walking ability, so a walker is an absolute necessity.Pro:1. Lightweight.2. Easy to fold.3. Great grip.Con:1. Wheels aren’t straight.2. Wheels do not straighten when apply body weight as seller told me via email.3. Inner wheels do not roll due to the aforementioned crooked wheel base.4. Seller will hassle you when trying to return or replace.Cons far outweigh the pros of this. After a couple weeks of use, we decided to request a replacement. We figure give it another shot with one and the one we received may have been constructed with some deficiencies.Seller was NOT easy to work with. Requested photos as proof as well as a video. Yes, a video. After those were sent, they claimed that “It works fine”.Ultimately they accepted the return after offering half the return to keep the walker.I’ll be sure to flag this seller to ensure nothing is bought from them again.

Ski glides fall right out,
When I first assembled the walker, the round stoppers on the legs were very hard to get off. I wanted to put the skis on so it would slide. The skis do not stay in either leg and fall right out. I contacted the seller, and they said no problem, we can fix it and send you new skis. They did come very fast, but unfortunately they also fall right out. So reviewers said they had to hammer their skis in. I certainly did not have that problem. The seller also asked me if I installed the skis correctly. That kind of was an insult as a 3 year old can put a round plug into a round hole. So I now sent them a video showing them how easy they fall out so I can upload that here but I may not have the correct format. I am still waiting for a fix but I may just have to glue them in. Will update if seller has any more ideas.Update: Still don't like this product for the above reason, so product still gets one star. Customer service is fantastic though. They offered to send me a new walker. I declined because of the issues above, so I requested the regular walker and they are sending me that unit instead. So maybe I just got a bad unit, I don't know but willing to split the difference and go with 3 stars instead of one.
