Does the job but it really does not “blend” in and looks shotty work. Shoulda watched more diy drywall videos because following the steps alone will not give you the perfect outcome. I would suggest using as minimal of the filler clay as you can and smoothing it down for a better final result.

I got this for my first time repairing a hole in my drywall. I had seen on other reviews that the drywall sheets were not be perfectly cut. The set I got also had a drywall sheet with an irregularly cut edge but I just trimmed it to use it. It had everything else that was needed and served its purpose. The screws were a little on the long side and the utility knife was a little on the short side, but they worked. The plywood was also hard to drill through (had to drill separately before putting the screw in), but I haven't tried doing this before so I'm not sure if that's what this is normally like. I appreciated the other items in the kits like the joint compound, tape, spatulas, and pencil. This kit really has everything you need for a small repair except for a ruler.

The kit and instructions were grade A+, it’s easy for people that don’t know what they are doing to figure out. However, the drywall piece wasn’t cut in straight lines and had multiple humps. I did my best to cut and shave but couldn’t get it completely flush. Went from a hole to a slight hump.It certainly beats having a hole in the wall, and maybe I just got unlucky. Did like the kit and everything tho
