Hawaiian Tropic Shimmer Effect SPF 20 Lotion, 6-Fluid Ounce

I love this stuff and I'm so sad I can't find it in stores anymore. I have used this for years and it's great for the summer and spring if you want a little glow. I use it sometimes combined with a stronger SPF version that is non shimmer because this one has a lower SPF. I wish they made this in a stronger SPF with the shimmer. It's a very fine golden shimmer, it's not tacky or obvious when you are wearing it. I would liken it to having a little bit of bronzer mixed with sunblock. It doesn't make me look orange or gold or any other color it just enhances my skin when worn. I'm African American with a caramel colored complexion just in case you want to know. The price here on Amazon is pretty good and the fact they sell it in a triple pack is good too.

It leaves the slightest shimmer on your skin. I haven't that much of a tan yet, but I bet when you do it really makes it pop. Love the light scent. Just makes me feel good, and has fruit extracts in it with vitamin E and aloe.I also like their Sheer line, which has wonderful oils in the lotion. I use the Sheer Lotion just as I would a body cream when I get out of the shower in the morning.I really like the entire line of products, and have used them for quite a while.

I just recently tried a sample of this stuff and fell in love. I then went on the hunt for it at Walmart, Target, and HEB. I cldnt find it ne where. I then turned to Amazon and ordered it since I looked everywhere else. Really this sunscreen is amazing in the fact that it gives your skin a nice glow..some people may not like it because of that. But it is called "Shimmer" for a reason.

I love this lotion BUT I'm only giving it three stars because it doesn't stay put! It rubs onto swimsuit and leaves embarrassing streaks on the black lounger chairs at the pool. Otherwise it protects well from sunburn and leaves a cute sheen of gold shimmer on your skin. I will continue to use only on my face and legs but not my back or arms that come into contact with the chair!

I develop hives from the newer sunscreens. This particular brand and type is perfectly acceptable for me. It seems to hold up well after swimming too. The only draw back is it is glittery so you do have a copper glow to you and, if you don't rub it in, it will get on your clothing. It seems to wash out pretty easily.

I adore this sunscreen. I recently bought it for the first time for a trip to the caribbean. I didn't burn once and got so many compliments about the little extra shimmer it gave me. This is my new favorite sunscreen I just wish they had a spray version!!

Absolutely amazing! Makes my pale skin glisten in the sun! I will only be buying this tanning lotion! Also, NO SUNBURN for once while on the beach for a week!!!! Smells amazing!

Schön leicht, duftet wie gewohnt toll nach Kokos. Glitzert ganz dezent. Glitzer setzt sich nicht in die Kleidung. Einfach ein tolles Sommerprodukt!

ich fühle mich durch den lsf perfekt am strand geschützt und dazu wie eine prinzessin, durch den goldschimmer. im altag verwende ich die creme als highlight zur betonung meiner beine im sommer.

Gut zu verreiben. Schützt gut. Nur der "Duft" gefällt mir nicht wirklich gut. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn mehr Kokosduft dabei wäre.
