This is the best tea for debloating or easing food discomfort. I sometimes experience stomach issues when eating a lot of carb-rich foods, but drinking this tea has significantly alleviated the bloating and discomfort I feel. LOVE Fennel. Buy this over and over. Works so well for digestion and gas relief. I drink after most meals. I get bloated when I eat a lot of a certain food, I drink this tea and the discomfort goes away shortly after. It's taste is smooth and herbal. Strength depends on how long you steep and how much water you've used. Such great health benefits I recommend to everyone I know to take it. Also helps with inflammation. Wish it wasn't so pricey but I catch the sale every now and then and stock up.
