Works well, but too pricey
I've used this product for several years in my Hot Springs tub and it works well as a system, but definitely too expensive for what it is. Only worth it to me because using regular pool-type chemicals and constant testing is too much effort for a tub.

I wanted to like this product
I was looking for a product for my hot tub that didn’t dry out my skin. I was willing to pay 100 for this tiny bottle if it worked. Well it did not. My hot tub was balanced checked with the strips and tried not using chlorine and used this. Results terrible algae and I had to shock it even more than I would have if not for this product. I am not happy for 100 dollars. 100 dollars literally down the drain

No diference
I was excited to get this product but the reality is it made zero difference to the water in my hot tub, but I keep our hot tub very clean and only 2 people use it, so maybe we don’t need it. It certainly did not make the water feel any different on our skin

Didn’t do a darn thing for my hot tub.
I would not spend the money for this product again. It didn’t help with the chemicals in my hot tub at all.
