If you have indoor-outdoor pets or you like to walk through grasses, the Flea Trap system is the way to go. My dog, who has been washed and treated with flea/tick solution, still brings in fleas, and really, I probably do, too. The flea trap is a low-key way to catch a lot of fleas and anything else that likes warmth and light at night. The disks are easy to install. I recommend using the new disk's paper cover to take the old one out. The small traps do put out a lot of light, so make sure to position them close to wherever your pet spends a lot of time and into a position where you won't have to put up with the glow. Very effective. I've had these traps for a number of years, and they're still working like champs. I just hope that those little night light bulbs keep being made, as you need the warmth to attract the insects.

These are a great replacement product. I used them last summer and they worked great. We're having a heat wave in CA right now and leftover eggs have hatched and I'm using them again. They attract the fleas (and other pests) with no problem. They are the perfect size for my traps. While a couple have bowed slightly before inserting them, they still lay flat enough to catch the fleas. The stickiness is perfect for the fleas, spiders, gnats, silverfish and even a house centipede I didn't know we had. The protective paper is a little difficult to remove but once started it's not a problem at all. I totally recommend these. I will purchase again if I need to.

I have no animals in my house. The lady who comes to help me a few days a week has 3 dogs. One day after she left I noticed a few fleas around the house. I purchased these pads to catch the fleas. The pads worked great. They had fleas on each of them. My cleaning lady came to clean and after she left I put down new pads. I went for a week without any fleas on the pads. My lady that comes to help me came and when she left I noticed the fleas were back. I called her and told her she must be bringing them in nm on her clothes and shoes. She will have to get control of the fleas at her house before coming to mine. I will continue to purchase these pads.

We have 6 cat and these work as an early alert system that the little biters have returned (1 cat likes to lay out in the yard while my mom gardens and shew always brings back a tiny monster) these sticky pads are very sticky but you can peel yourself off if you need to. the fleas are not so lucky. The pads are easy to use and install into the trap and we only have the occasion safety issue of a cat who decides to lay on top of the trap and the pad sticks to their fur. the cat usually loses a little fur and escapes on its own, and then never goes too close to the trap again. the pads seem to last forever. They are also extremely effective at catching a lot of fleas if things start to get out of control. Since we live in a high flea area, these have been a life saver over the past 5 years.

Few years ago I found this innovative solution to fleas and other bugs attracted to light and heat. I keep it under my bed and use flea drops for the cats. in between the two it seems to keep fleas out of the house. It's especiallyimportant during the flea season here in Florida. Fleas become immune to the chemicals in the flea drops, so you have to keep switching around. Flea traps keep working all the time. Very simple, plug them in with a little night light bulb. You can put them anywhere in the house, But in a dark area they work 24/7. Only thing I don't like is they catch the occasional lizard.
