The product helps relieve some of the pain and discomfort from my legs; however, I have not been taking long. It is a little pricey of course.

I have severe idiopathic sensory peripheral neuropathy in my feet. It hurt all the time and kept me up hours at night in severe pain. My neurologist kept trying to give me heavy narcotics, which I can't take & keep my pilots license. Taking this with Boswelia gave me my life back. Boswelia is a herb (which is in this) that relives inflammation with no known side affects. I believe it is the reason people see immediate results as vitamins generally take awhile to take affect. Vitamin B2 (also in this) has shown to reverse the damage and help the nerves to heal. However when I took two of these in the morning and two at night my urine turned bright yellow, which I learned is vitamins literally being flushed down the toilet. I found that several studies have shown that approximately 50% of all excess B2 gets excreted in the urine. Those same studies show that the maximum amount that can be absorbed in a single dose was about 27mg, with half of that being absorbed in the first 1.1 hours. Now I am taking one with each meal, (which also helps absorption) and one at night. The bright yellow is gone & I am still continuing to improve.This is a great mix and it works wonders.........a lot better than being on narcotics!

These vitamins have changed my life. My feet do not hurt as bad. I can walk so much longer. I can actually feel my feet now.

This product did not provide relief but may not be at fault for not helping me as I am now thinking that the flare of neuropathy may have come from B-6 supplementation. It is a side effect that can exacerbate neuropathy. I stopped B-6 and neuropathy symptoms have gone back to the tolerable level they were before.

I have diabetes and arthritis which is not a good combination. I had terrible pain in my hands and feet and out of desperation I ordered Healthy and Nerves, and so far my hands and feet have nor ached or burned. Of course every one is different, but for me it has been good and I just ordered another bottle from Amazon.

After using 4 pills daily for two months, I have come to the conclusion that this product does not work as it is meant to. In fact, it may have made the situation worse, Since I now have pain where there was none before. Neuropathy in your feet is no joke. I am disappointed that I lost out on some money, but I’m more disappointed that The product did not do what it said it would.

Great value for the money. Works well for what I need it for. My sleeping is much better.

I was diagnosed with mono about 10 years ago, (not sure if that is what caused this or it was just a coincidence). For whatever reason ever since then I have had leg and knee pain to varying degrees throughout the years. Sometimes minor aches and pains and other times excruciating pain. There were times when I thought it could be restless leg syndrome as it is typically worse at night and the only relief I would get was moving my legs. However, it has worsened throughout the years to the point where it radiates up toward my hips and I have to sit to feel relief. After many doctors visits and a lot of blood work I had no answers. So, I visited my local health food store and there is an herbalist there that recommended this supplement. I can honestly say it is the only thing that has worked for me. I have no idea what I have or the underlying cause of my pain so I can't say that it will work for you. However, if you can relate to anything I said I would say definitely give it a shot. It can't hurt but I can tell you that it really can help that's for sure.
