Have never had a thermal canister before, but LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! Very easy to assemble and super EASY to use! Keeps beverage steaming hot for up to 12 hours. Bought it for a tennis Christmas party in cold outdoor weather and I filled it with Hot Apple Coder that I had heated on the stove in my tea kettle before leaving home. Absolutely perfect! Zero problems! Great value for the money. Already used 4-5 times this winter at parties. Clean-up is a breeze! Just use brush that it comes with, rinse and good to go for your next event! When cleaning, top easily pops off and snaps back on. Wish I had got one of these years ago! Side note: If you want the perfect snack to bring for your party or get together, get Trader Joe’s apple cider and serve homemade gingerbread with it and you have the perfect holiday snack to bring to your next winter event! Also great to just bring in your car for hot beverages while you are traveling in cold weather! I just strapped it in the car seat next to me, brought a cup to use and had a hot beverage that lasted for 12 hours travel time. Definitely lives up to it’s claim of keeping beverages hot for that length of time! Would highly recommend!

Love the low profile, easy to clean size of this air pot. It's fits into our totes, which the taller ones don't, so way better for going to farmers markets. Also easy to clean, I can fit my hand into the wide mouth instead of only using a bottle brush. Coffee leaves residue that I want to be able to clean it, so I give this 5 stars for being more practical. Keeps the coffee hot all day!

This product exceeded my expectations. It arrived in under 24 hours from the time I ordered. I bought it for my mother who likes to drink coffee all day and wants it to remain fresh without having to reheat it which always loses flavor in the process. This thermos is sleek with a matte finish that fits into any esthetic, and looks inviting on any counter top. The handle makes it easy to set up and transport. Now I’ll be getting a couple for my office for both hot coffee and iced tea, as this thermos keeps liquids as hot as it keeps liquids cold. I think you’ll be as happy with this product as I am. No more shiny smudgey stainless :( I love the matte!

I bought this carafe for my green tea. It was keeping the water warm for few hours not as promised for more than 12 hours. After few months of use it built heavy dark brown crust inside. The only way we knew to clean it is to wash it with bleach mixed with water. Luckily the brown ugly crust was clean and inside look bright silver. However, since then it does not keep the water or tea warm anymore. Withing an hour it cools off. It is not worth it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

We have used it twice, both times it kept the drinks steaming hot for over 12 hours. The pump works really well, gets almost every drop out. I am a small woman and can put my whole hand in to wash it. My husband says he can almost get his hand in to wash it but it’s debatable if he will get it back out so he omits for using the included brush. Great purchase!

I liked the size and the convenience of this pot and the brush included. I cleaned it when I first got it, then I filled it with hot water to warm it up before adding a fresh hot pot of coffee. The coffee didn't stay hot very long; about an hour after filling the pot, I filled a cup of coffee and ended up heating it in the microwave because it wasn't real hot anymore. Four hours later it was just above lukewarm. I am thinking of returning it. I need something that will keep drinks hot for at least several hours.
