Dang! I had no idea how much I needed this until I started taking it! I've listened to a lot of Dr. Bergs podcasts and he very often talks about the importance of D3 and coupling it with K2, which he says is essential to properly absorb the D3. I've found that to be true for me. Since I started taking this supplement, I haven't gotten sick in I don't know how long (at least a couple years) and it makes sense because apparently D3 helps super-boost your immune system. Other things I've noticed are that my sleep is better, I feel less tired and sluggish throughout the day and I feel less inflamed. These are just small capsules and you take 2 of them per day. Super easy to swallow and they don't have a taste. I don't notice any stomach trouble from taking them either. If you're like me and you spend the majority if your day inside (which means less sun and therefore less D3), this stuff will rock your world! 5 stars, worth the price and highly recommended!

I have been taking this high dose of vitamin D3 with k2 now for about 4 and a half months and my blood pressure has come down significantly after being on 3 different blood pressure pills that still didn’t lower it enough. I have now weened myself off one med so far and I plan to slowly ween off another. My ankles no liner swell either and I am a lifetime fan now of Dr berg and his supplements!! They have changed my life for the better!!!!

Make sure you’re taking them with magnesium to get the full effect. Easy pill to swallow. I just take 1 a day in combination with magnesium and I sleep SOOOOO much better, it’s CRAZY. I also have more energy throughout the day and my mood has improved. I wouldn’t call it a miracle, but it improved my quality of life.

I love Dr Berg products. They always work so well and I trust that he puts the best ingredients in them.

Be consistent in taking this vitamin and you will begin to have more energy and to feel better in general. I've tried cheaper brands of D3 and discovered it's necessary to buy K2 in order for the D3 to do it's best job. I will keep taking D3 and K2 because I am beginning to once again want to partake in my own life. I was in serious pain with stiffness in most of my joints and so little energy I felt I had accomplished something if I survived the day without having to take a nap. I love Dr. Berg's products.

I like this combined vitamin very much. First, 10.000 IU vit D3 per capsule (I never take a capsule but drop the powder in water and drink) and then the additional K2 you need as well. I take it now every day and feel the difference already.
