Have bought a few of these! All for different machines. Mine has worked as good as original !

Easy to install. Came as a whole unit whereas the original was a 2 piece unit. Fit perfectly. I've done several loads and after my spine they're dryer than my original pump had been draining for 5 years!

When my clothes were still wet after a second extended spin cycle I ordered a drain motor. It was from a different vendor and arrived poorly packaged and broken. Subsequently I ordered this one and it didn't quite look like the old one but it fit and works perfectly. It took about an hour. I first tried ordering from the mfg of my machine snd it was $150 more. I tried getting a repairman and it was $300 to show up a week or so later, plus parts and labor. This part involved taking off 6 screws, unplugging the old part and plugging in the new. Well worth it, would highly recommend.

Product arrived next day which was convenient since I had the washing machine torn down and clothes piling up. Product looks really well made. It is not easy to get the hoses reconnected but that has nothing to do with the part but the tight quarters of the machine itself. I ran 4 loads of clothes through the wash after getting the part reinstalled and it worked great. No leaks, water drained well and was so much quieter than before the repair (pump had been making a loud whirring noise for several months before it finally failed).

This little piece saved me from having to get a entirely new washer! Our washer was leaking from the bottom which we had to constantly clean up to prevent damage to the floor. We were about to purchase a new washing machine when a friend showed me a youtube video of how to fix the problem. Sure enough it worked! Our old drain pump was so clogged and broken there was no way to salvage it. This piece was worth every penny. And the best part, it was so easy to install!

We bought a washing machine off of the Facebook market place, that kept throwing an F21 signal, cleaned out the filter and still had the same problem. Found out we needed this pump to replace it, every local shop wanted 150-170 for the part alone. Found this put it on and it’s working like new!!! It’s a great product and does exactly what you need. BTW we had a whirlpool duet steam front load washer.

Part was a good match and fixed the issue. Only improvement i would suggest is to include new worm clamps. Old spring type clamps were impossible to reuse.
