For a text that spoke a great deal about being a professional, this text ironically had a lot of unprofessional typos. Nice content, comprised of an assortment of reminders about the keys to success. It doesn’t seem like much of what the author wrote came from Cus himself, but instead was inspired by quotations, etc. For only 4 bucks, is it worth it? Kind of. Inspirational YouTube videos would do just as well.

It's an easy read but full of truths we all need to be reminded of from time to time. Definitely worth the monetary and time investment.

What a rip off !! Was expecting a book ,Not 61 pages of usual Cus D,Amato quotes,serious lack of content,child size print ?

Very poor its basic qoutes you find online nothing about the system or the man's life

This small book has some Cus Damato data, but mainly the authors opinion on boxing topics, like a psychological boxing self-help book. Interesting, but not enough. The title is misleading.
