I'm sorry. I don't understand all the positive reviews. I guess it depends upon your cat and purpose for using the carrier. Personally, I found it TOO collapsible. I have had less expensive soft-sided carriers that had sufficient supports to allow the carrier to remain erect and yet flexible enough to collapse if necessary. This carrier does not have sufficient supports. It constantly collapses which makes it hard to use and extremely hard to completely clean if your cat has urinated. Further, it has zippered covers for the mesh windows. Unfortunately, the covers do not zip off entirely, only on three sides. So you have to roll them up at the bottom when leaving the windows uncovered. While there is velcro to make this manageable, personally I don't like having rolls on three sides. I generally keep the mesh windows open for air, etc. I would like to be able to remove the covers completely if I choose to do so. Otherwise, it is an attractive looking carrier.

Intially this carrier was great. This size is roomy enough for a small cat (kittens in this case) and it has a nice aesthetic. Unfortunately, this carrier eventually lost its ability to maintain its shape rather quickly, though not within the return time frame. It stays collapsed whether or not the side panels are open or zipped closed. The only time it is useful is during hand carrying otherwise as soon as it’s set down the top falls inward and squishes the cats!All in all, pretty disappointed with this purchase.
