I’m sick and tired of dog hair in my car; it doesn’t vacuum up easily and it looks dirty. I ordered a roll for the summer because we travel with the dogs a lot. Had it on for five weeks, from May 20 to June 27. We had no trouble removing it. The carpet was clean and we applied it again for another month.

We used this product to protect new carpet on our basement stairs. It was easy to install and adhered well. We only left it one for about a week while we were having some basement work done, and we didn’t have any issues with removal. Removal was easy and it didn’t leave any sticky residue.

Moving into a new home and I wanted to keep the carpet clean until we got settled. Did a great job staying on the carpet and did not leave a sticky residue after I removed it. Would recommend!

This worked perfectly for covering and protecting the carpet. Very easy to use! The adhesive is forgiving when removing a small section and adjusting it from carpet; however, try to avoid sticking it onto itself on the adhesive side. You will not be able to remove it. You can cut it with either a scissor or blade. I would definitely recommend this product, especially for stairs, because it stays flat and won’t move. Easy removal and clean up. Very durable, can withstand big work boots walking all over it.

I've used this type of film several times. I've used it in my SUV carpeted cargo area, on the backs of my car seats that have carpet on them, and in my house near the dog doors. This film shouldn't stay on your carpet for a long time as it really does adhere and could become difficult to remove if left for more than a few months. However, it does keep my dogs muddy paw prints from destroying my w/w carpet and sure beats having a bunch of throw rugs to move and wash all the time. I looked into vinyl runners with the nubs on the back but couldn't find any that had good reviews for a decent amount of money.

I used this to protect a new black/white high traffic area rug for a house party that had rain predicted. Works great. It looks like saran wrap but sticks perfectly to surface being protected. Mine was hardwood & a low pile throw rug. Lasted the entire wkend and didnt lift or peel up at the corners! Would def buy again!! Works best if its stuck at one end & rolled off of roll and then cut. If u cut & try to apply it sticks to itself & has to be trashed b/c it will not come apart.

I had no problems putting this down alone and I’m a 59 year old woman with arthritis in my knees, a bad back, and no experience. I followed the instructions and initially stuck down about 4 inches to the carpet. Then, on my knees I would pull it toward me about a foot, smooth it down from the middle to the edges, back up another foot, then do the same thing again. All I can imagine about why some people had trouble is that they didn’t read the simple instructions.It’s sticking perfectly, is durable, and is protecting my Persian carpets from the poop & pee of my 16 year old Maltipoo with doggie dementia, heart disease, arthritis, hip dysplasia, and incontinence. The dementia gets him confused about where he is in a 1 bedroom apartment and he’ll stare at a wall indefinitely until I pick him up and carry him to beside me. He can’t move very fast to get to his pads anyway, so there had been lots of accidents. This film has totally solved the problem, protecting my carpets and lowering my stress level that they’d be ruined. I don’t know how much longer I’ll have my little buddy, but I can live with this film on the affected areas of the carpets until he passes.My one negative - and it is irritating - is that the roll was nearly 10 feet short of what it says. My roll only had 40 feet, nine inches. That missing 10 feet would have finished the job but now I will have to order a whole roll just to finish up 5 more feet. That’s why I gave it 3 stars. If it had had the 50 feet it’s supposed to have, I would give this 5 stars across the board.

I buy this stuff and whenever I have a new car, I do all of the floors and any surface I don't want to get dirty over time. I then out floor covers over the top and my car interior stays practically perfect, even during winter. This stuff stays well, doesn't leave a residue and I have not a single con for this stuff. If you want your car to stay looking new, this stuff is great.
