Fantastic flavours!
So please I did my research. This spice is sooo nice...not hot, spicy or overpowering and smells fantastic!...well balanced so I know what I'm consuming. Wow Heat
We have used quite a few Old India curry spice mixes and most of the time we like them a lot!This one is way too hot for us to even use, seems like neat very hot chilli powder, even 1/2 tsp is too much heat ,not to our taste.
