I purchased this item for my 6 year-old cat's first plane trip. She hates leaving the house, so the security checks and 7+ hours of constant confinement posed potential problems. She doesn't like topical treatments, so my choices were limited. And since the only other similar product (offered by a different Amazon vendor) had obviously bogus reviews, I ordered this item. It arrived too late to do a trial run, but luckily it worked. Anytime my cat became distressed, I sprayed a thin mist into her carrier and she immediately relaxed. I'm not saying it will work for all pets, but it worked for my particularly picky feline. She loved the scent (I found it pleasant, as well) and purred the moment she smelled it. Most importantly, she became calm, quiet, and stopped fidgeting. There were no side effects and no detracting factors, such as sticky residue or staining of fabrics. And when I clumsily spilled a bit, it dried quickly.The glass bottle comes with a glass dropper (which I tossed) and a plastic spray nozzle. When I was shopping, the price seemed a bit steep; but considering how well it worked, it's worth every penny (and it doesn't expire for about a year). The shipping estimate was not accurate (which cost me $75 extra to change my flight), but Amazon customer service contacted the carrier (UPS) to ensure I received it the next day.Otherwise, I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. Just order at least a week before you need it.

I love Jackson, so I wanted to love this product, but it just didn't work for us. There wasn't anything inherently wrong with it, but we did not see any improvement in my cats allergies/URI symptoms.

Seems to work good. 7 hours travel and cat was OK.

The other reviews talk about using this as a spray. That is how I intended to use it. It did not come with a spray cap. I contacted the seller and they said they do not supply them. Just be aware you will not be getting a spray cap if that is how you are wanting to use it.

Definitely follow the instructions. I was preparing a move and I have two cat’s. One kitty HATES carriers and starts crying her head off and pees in the carrier when driving over 50 mph. I put a healthy done of this in the carriers a every other day for almost a month and then a little on her the day off.She wasn’t happy about the carrier but she was able to drive an additional 30 minutes, very minimal crying (I think just 4 meows) and no pee!!It sounds small but this was a massive improvement for her and when we arrived in the new house, she seemed to adjust a bit better since the drive wasn’t as traumatic.

I've heard good things. Lets see what happens at the vet.

Didn't help my baby. We had a 6 hour drive. Poor cat cried 5 of those 6.. sad part in 2 months we go home so she'll be stressed again.. I hate doing this to her, but I will not kennel her..

I was extremely surprised and pleased that this product actually worked on our fur baby. Our fur baby would get car sick, meow the entire car trip and, getting in the car worked almost liked a laxative to him (if you know what I mean). The first time I used it, I rubbed it on him about 15 minutes before leaving on our trip, unfortunately, it did not start working right away but, it did start calming him down after about 45 minutes in the car. Now, I start rubbing it all over his front paws, head and legs about an hour before we leave and it works wonders. I have never been so pleased at how well a product works. Thanks Cat Daddy, this is truly an amazing product!
