Excellent guide to body maintenance and rehab
I really love this book. I wasn’t sure I needed it given I own a copy of “How to become a supple leopard” which is a prevention and rehab bible, but I’m really glad a bought it. I’ve had a niggle with my knee that I’ve has for some time and could shift. The exercises in bullet proof body were different to ones I had done before and resolved the issue really quickly and it has not returned since. Well explained. Well laid out. Overall easy to follow. The book describes easier and harder exercises for the various body parts… which works well for starting out and progression.

Great exercise ideas, well illustrated and explained
Great exercise book for us 2 oldies (in our 70s) - as we try to stay fit whilst living with a bit of arthritis! It’s well illustrated and each exercise explained - we’re very pleased with this purchase.
