A bit confused!!
The previous tablets I had been taking were 10mg. There seems to be a huge range of mgs on offer and when I read some of the write-ups it said to not take more than 1.5mgs a day. Needless to say, I haven’t taken any yet, cos I didn’t want to overdose on them!!Follow up. Went into Holland and Barrett to ask for their advice. They only had 50mg and 100mg tablets and couldn’t understand what the 1.5mg thing was all about. Decided to buy some 50mg and see how I get on.

No awful taste
Easy to swallow with no unpleasant aftertaste or odour. Being taking for a few weeks now and works well for me.
