It fits my swollen legs ok. Good for exercising your feet and legs. Would recommend if you have bad legs.

BUT, if you have swollen ankles like me. The "ankle strap" is very short I.e not enough velcro material to meet the sticky partner the velcro And foot strap is to long but it's okay.

Yes, it looks a bit tacky and there are no instructions in the bag when it arrives, but it’s quite simple to work out and, much to my surprise, it does a very good job in stretching your hamstrings. After a few days I could see a definite improvement in the angle at which I could lift my legs. So, it works.

Could feel muscles stretching , but unfortunately I stretched one leg too much. 😫 take it easy at first.

I have't been able to work out how to use it yet as it didn't come with any instructions. However it feels sturdy and decent quality so hopefully I'll work it out.
