Fantastic product
Didn’t realise these were coming from the States. The bags are nice and thick. The oxygen absorbers are sealed in packs of 5 which for me meant filling 5 bags and then opening the absorbers. Used my hair straighteners to seal. Apparently you can cut these and seal them for smaller quantities. Great experience so far as a first time user.

Quality mylar bags
The bags are of good quality. The oxygen absorbers did not even work. When I have purchased oxygen absorbers, in the past, the labels read "oxygen absorber." The label on these say they are deoxidizers. When sealing the bags it doesn't appear they are working. I am new at this and thought the labels should read "oxygen absorber,"

Solid, Thick Snack Sized Bags With Great Window!
We have been using mylar bags in place of the standard ziploc style storage bags for a while now. While a little more expensive per bag, the mylar bags hold up better and are more reusable. My experience is that there is definitely a difference in quality between mylar bags with some being pretty weak and others very thick and solid. As these had a clear window I wasn't sure if it would still be strong, but really thought the window would make the bags more usable for snacks. After using these for a while now, I have been quite pleased with how good they are. We have used these for various loose snacks, both dry and wet with no leaking. We got the 4x6 bags to use for snacks and they have worked really well. While the full bag size is about 5½"x4" the actual storage area is about 4½"x4". While most larger mylar bags expand larger at the bottom, these smaller bags do not which is not a negative though something to be aware of. If you are looking for attractive, strong snack sized mylar bags with a window on one side these are an excellent choice!

When you but a 50lbs bag of rice at Sam's anf you know it will last you a few years, the obvious thing to do is to keep it fresh. I've never packaged anything with Mylar bags and I'm glad i ordered these ones. They are very, very thick, they come with oxygen absorbers, labels and they are easy to handle. The zipper can be a bit hard to close. My fingers hurt just a little but i don't mind, i know they are well sealed. I honestly feel like a prepper now. Lol.
