.... and it doesn't rust and become prematurely useless. Good scowering action, removed dry paint effectively.

These pads fall apart in small pieces as they are not made of super fine metal. Recommend a much finer bonze/copper pad.

I use this to wrap around my RV power cord where it exits its storage compartment. Bugs and even a mouse came in through the small opening around the cord. I tried steel wool because I had it on hand, but it quickly rusted. This wraps, stuffs, pulls apart easily to fill irregular shaped openings, it keeps the bugs out and mice hate it. Handy stuff to have around. It's not just for cleaning and polishing.
