This is a brilliant steamer. Quick to heat up the steam and cleans well. Can’t comment on reliability, as only used it once. Good number of tools for different tasks. Easy to use. Husband was the one who wanted to buy a steamer, I didn’t see the need for one, but having used it I’m totally converted.

I held back on doing a review as wanted to use it a few times. Went back and forth with deciding & thought this one was my best bet. Just wanted to get the best steamer possible. Definitely did not disappoint. It’s well made, lots of attachments and most importantly has lots of power. Easily refillable with carefully calculated funnel that you can continuously pour water from the container into without having to stop and then pour. This made things quick and easy. I bought it to steam bedding and under bed as I kept on getting bitten by something. I put a few drops of Olbas oil in it and steamed underneath bed. The bites stopped, so really happy. Didn’t want to use poisonous sprays etc that can be dangerous to humans and pets.Would definitely recommend.

The product arrived Fast. Ordered it in 1 AM in 6PM was here. Since 6PM up to 10PMproduct was in constant use, and not because I had a deadline for review, its because- I did not know how I was living without it before? To a Childless person- you have to understand- this product ain't essential.I did see bedbug epidemy, and I am PANICKING. To prevent and check is my household clean enough I had to do something on time, so I bought this. Excellent for purpose. Steam blows deep in between all wood frames - you have a combination of heat, steam (moist), and that blow-off effect. BRILLIANT for purpose.I did skirting boards and some places I know bed bugs like, corners - brilliant blow away efect-now its easy to take samples of dirt to see- is there bedbugs?I Pass over my household ceramic too- spotless effect.Design- extra. The water tank is cool- if you think you hold that in your hand all the time. with 250 ml water, you can do decent work. It does not take long for cattle to release pressure so you can refill it.My only problem is- I can not stop using it...

Excellent product, amazing results

Water closet does not hold emough water..Heats up quickly.Not able to use on some big upholstery items as not big enough water chamber.

Don’t buy this. Broke after a few uses. Steam pressure not good enough to clean anything more than dust
