I have repurchased these pills already because they have been effective and helpful for me. I like taking collagen pills for the aid in joint discomfort and these have been very helpful. My preferred exercise choice is weight training and sometimes that can take a toll on joints. I feel like since taking these supplements, my knee pain has been less intense and doesn't feel as pinchy. I can't really say if this has helped my hair or skin because I haven't truly paid attention, but I'm sure there are some benefits somewhere!

I have terrible knee pain, both knees, but unfortunately, this didn’t do anything for me. I was hoping it would help, but it did not. I used this in conjunction with a different brand for atleast 3 months.

I take all kinds of supplements in an effort to keep my body healthy. I've been going to the gym for the last 4 months. I have lost a total of 25 pounds. I will admit that I have not consistently taken these supplements. I will say that during the 2-3 weeks that I had consistently taken them I did feel that I noticed improved skin. The one thing I was hoping for was improved pain in my joints and I can't say that happened.Although I have not seen the results I was wanting to, mainly because of my inconsistency of use, I do think that this is a good supplement. I mean, 5 collagen peptides, I don't think you can really go wrong.

I took these pills for the full 30 days and did not notice any difference.

This seems to be a good quality Collagen blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is very good- Label claims Made in USA, GMP cert, and 3rd party lab tested (although I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

These are larger silica capsules that may be harder for some to swallow. They are a good value for the asking price, with a higher dose of different types of collagen. I started to take collagen and biotin supplements to help recover from postpartum hair loss. I liked how my hair and skin improved so much that I continue to take them years later. Heads up: It can take a while to see improvements when first starting.
