Sticks to the ground nicely.

It’s good, but heavier than the usual yoga mats. Moreover, you’ll have to take care of the places where you can use this one. Like if the place is wet, you can’t go with it or when it’s dusty and dirty, this yoga mat won’t prove good.

As shown in the image. Around 5 or 6 mm thickness and meets the purpose perfectly. Good cushioning and doesn't slip off even on smooth surface. Only problem is, if we roll the mat directly, the anti-skid side comes in contact with top of the mat and makes the top layer sticky at little bit. First fold the mat in half with anti-skid side inwards. Then roll.

Theis is completely antiskid and also the grip is amazing ,I can do Surya Namaskar and all vinyasa on it .

I feel good using this mat. But one star less coz my feet keeps slipping from the surface. It doesn't move from the floor as they have some glue like thing but from the upper part i keep i can't hold much.
