I bought this frame for an art print. It was delivered early, and it was clear the company took care to package the frame well. It was double-boxed, and the frame itself was wrapped and had plastic corners to support and protect it during shipping. I inspected the whole thing, and there was no scratches or chips. Very satisfied with it. The latches on the back fit well and weren't hard to open at all, and putting the art in the frame was a very quick and easy process. There's hardware to hang the frame on that back board itself, but it also came with a pack of additional hardware you could install to hang it differently.There were no issues with the plastic pane, no scuff or marks. I'd recommend a quick wipe-down of both sides just to get out any dust that may be in there before putting the picture in.Do note that the gold frame is a pale/cooler gold as opposed to warm yellow gold. It's perfect for what I'm framing, but I know that's not what everyone is looking for, so keep that in mind.Overall, very satisfied with this frame. It's a perfect fit, visually elegant, and good quality for a rather reasonable price.

Purchased two 11x17, in order to hang theatre posters. Over the years I've purchased several brands of black metal 11x17 for my shows (I work in theatre).I can tell you that Framework has been THE best.Heavy, sturdy, well-made, solid construction, included wire, tight corners, extremely well packaged for protection.25.00 is a bit more than I usually pay but, wow, these are SO worth it.I've noticed it's getting harder and harder to find this size metal frame with real glass. I've tried plexi, and it shows scratches, has a dull film, and just lowers the vibrancy of the poster colors.

I am happy with my new aluminum frame. It looks great with my artwork. It was packaged securely so no damage could happen and I received it promptly. I will definitely use this vendor for future projects.

Perfectly fit our 12x18 photo. There was some challenge figuring out the hanging wires as the instructions we tiny (!) but all turned out great. Totally recommend.

The frame is a pretty brushed gold.
