Quiet Hamster Exercise Wheel Silent Spinner, Made of Wood, Stand Included, Sunflower Design (7.5", Blue)

I really like this wheel. Its quiet and it's cute! However I was worried that my hedgehogs nails would get stuck in the seams of the wheel which could potentially cause a major injury. So I added a cute duct tape all around the inside which worked great and looks even more adorable! Also it's a lot easier to clean with the duct tape inside b/c no poop will get mashed into the gaps and duct tape is vinyl so messes wipe right up! Highly recommend using a duct tape on the inside for the protection of your lil furry baby and ease of clean!

I love this! I was strictly only using a wodent wheel because it was the only wheel i good find that was decently sized and still quiet. Though my hamster started eating the plastic track. This one is wooden and thanks to the design she isn’t able to eat it. I like how big it is. My hamster is a fully grown Syrian and she is able to use is comfortably without having to arch her back. It was a little difficult to assemble. There aren’t instructions so it takes a little playing around with. However once assembled, it’s quiet and light weight and easy for her to run on. Will buy again if needed.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My family just got a Syrian hamster a week ago. The wheel that came with his cage was much too small for him causing him to arch his back. So I got on amazon looking for a larger wheel. I wanted a wheel that was quiet as hamsters are nocturnal and his cage is is my son’s room, don’t want the little guy keeping the kids up all night lol. This wheel is great!! Before I received this wheel my hammie was board and biting on the wire to the cage despite the chew toys I put in his cage. Since putting his new wheel in, he runs on it all night and he stopped chewing on his cage. The wheel is made from wooden slats that are easy to clean and it still makes a little noise but it’s on the quiet side. The only issue I had was that when I attached the wheel to the cage it was too hard for my Hammie to run on it, it would t spin. So I had to attach it to the stand, but it turned out fine for our needs. Will buy again if needed, I cannot say enough good things about this wheel!!

Excellent SILENT Wheel. I ordered the 9 inch wheel and they sent me the 7.5 inch but i ended up using it for my Robo Hamster. I really hope they get their bigger wheels back in stock. The wheel itself is of a mixture of wood and plastic. Easy to clean unless your hamster constantly goes to the bathroom on it, in which case it is somewhat easy to clean and suggest you have a toothpick handy for getting out the dirt in the cracks. I have two Hamsters who use this wheel. Roborovski and Syrian. The Dwarf makes his wheel extremely dirty but my Syrian keeps her wheel clean and so it all depends on the hamster. Its easy to wipe the wheel down with water to remove the dirt. It claims the wheel is resistant to being soiled and so far that holds true. The only downfall of this wheel is that the metal base holding it up can bend and the wheel can be off balance. My 7.5 inch wheel is having this issue and i'm working on trying to fix the bend. Otherwise i've had no problems with this wheel and i can sleep easy at night. My hamsters don't chew on it either which is a plus and the wheel can transform into being used in a wire cage. I use Tank/Bin cages and it works well with the base in different types of bedding. I also wish this came in more than 4 colors but for what we got, it's a good color selection.

FIRST IMPRESSION: I like that the product is cute and somewhat quiet. My frustration is that the screw is not long enough and the washer is not thick enough to keep it far enough away from the cage to attach to the cage.My other frustration is the sturdiness level and the hamster wheel has to be on a very flat surface or leaning against something for it to remain sturdy and not wobble while your little fuzzy friend is running.The wheel itself is a good size and will work fine. But, just like some other reviews have stated: duct tape the inside of the wheel. I did this immediately when I got it you don't want your critters paws to be torn up. Something the makers of this product should have thought of in hindsight.Adjustable or not, the wheel frame is NOT wide enough or high enough to sit firmly under your substrate and will have to sit on top, hence causing the wobble.If you do have a significant amount of substrate like I do, you'll notice the little "cute" design on the side is actually an flaw, and makes quite a bit of noise when rubbing against the bedding.It's an alright wheel. I will write more a little bit more once my hamster has used it more.

Got this item today, it is silent and cute. However it is not actually wood, it is PVC foam board. Which will make it easier to clean, but I'll have to watch my ham for chewing. I'm also disappointed that the description of the item says it includes a stand. Mine did not. I'm handy and I dont want to bother with returns so I just made it work, but for others this might be an issue.

What a dumb material to make a hamster wheel out of. Basically just added another (and obviously) favourite chew toy. Wheel is silent and perfect size but 4 days in and hamster had almost destroyed one of the planks.I would not recommend this. Stick with traditional wheels people.

I like this wheel because it is well made and sturdy, and is able to be used with the stand or attached to the side of the cage. This allowed us to figure out how it could best work for our hamster. What I dislike is that it is not very easy to clean... the hamster pees while he is on the wheel and it then dries onto the wheel. It should be wiped down regularly to make sure it doesn't get difficult to remove or stain the wheel. So that is on me for not anticipating that it would require frequent wiping down.Worth noting is that it is quite silent, which is very nice. And it is quite large, so we connected 2 hamster cages... one of which contains only the wheel and food & water, the other cage has his living quarters.I am happy with this overall and would recommend it to others.

Have purchased two wheels of the same brand, one with a stand and one without.Both were worn out in a matter of days. The one without the stand and supported by the cage frame became wobbly quick. Attempts to fix or tighten the screw had no effect, and the hamster running on it would cause it to rock unsafely and create a large amount of noise as it rubbed against his cage.The second purchased was this one with a stand, and it too has already shown signs of the same issue despite being on a stand. It begins to wobble and rock as he runs on it, and required a strap to secure it to the cage as his running would shift the stand around his cage. Last night, during his run it must have tipped as it had fallen over and caused a mess. Thankfully the hamster was okay.As the wheel is used more, more tightening is required. In any case, if it is not tightened down right away it has a tendancy to run down the stand and eventually hit the ground.It's a PITA to clean, as any feces or urine collects in the grooves of the wood.Buy something sturdier. While quiet, it is not safe and wobbles routinely even when secured fastly on multiple attempts. Once it begins to wobble slightly, it becomes noisy.Do not recommend.

My small Syrian hammy loves it. Comparable to silent spinner except it’s made of very light weight plastic , carton type fabric the only wood is the very thin back piece so it’s not really entirely a wooden wheel. Sometimes my hammy bites the plastic coloured shingles in hoping it’s safe even though it feels plastic.I don’t see this lasting long but I actually like it for it’s ultra lightweight as my Syrian is still not full grown and then will use the sturdy 10” silent spinner I have from before.
