Bad design, worse support
Had to resort to using a wrench to remove the aerator for flushing and scratched the finish. When I looked inside I saw why. The inside of the faucet has a flat surface that is not perpendicular to the threads and juts out. With the O-ring on, couldn't re-insert the aerator without it screwing in at the wrong angle and destroying the threads. Without the O-ring, water shoots everywhere. Tried calling their support line, but they didn't speak English very well and didn't know anything about the product. They could only offer to send out the same aerator again and hung up on me when I asked what the solution was for other people in reviews who reported the same problem. Finally got the aerator on myself using a metal bar to get more leverage and force it back in at the proper angle. Needless to say, won't ever be buying Pfister again.

Defective. Pfister won’t stand behind product.
The “Pfast Connect” supply line failed. They use a thin plastic connector that cracked and came completely disconnected from the braided supply hose, gushing water into the adjacent bedroom and causing hundreds of dollars in damage.Pfister (Spectrum Brands) does not stand very firmly behind their warranty. The box displays a Lifetime Warranty, but when I called customer service they said they wouldn’t replace it since I wasn’t the original owner. This is a defective product, and I plan to purchase a replacement made by a competitor of Spectrum Brands.

You get what you pay for
Honestly one of the worst faucets I've had the displeasure of trying to install. After connecting the plastic tabs release on there own, even after it "clicks" 2nd time I've had a problem with Pfister. I guess you get what you pay for.
