Update-I reached out to the company and they refunded me. I ordered another one and will review once it comes in. I am adding stars for good customer service.Original-I made a mistake. I bought this toothbrush as a backup because my son keeps breaking his. I decided to start buying cheaper ones because I am tired of him breaking my $100 sonicares. Well, he broke his toothbrush again so I grabbed this one out of the closet, opened the box, and there was a complete, utter lack of anything. I thought it was the battery dead, but after a charge, still nothing. Unfortunately, it is past my return window. I have learned an expensive lesson.

This made my teeth feel very clean after use. The battery life lasted long. Doesn’t feel cheap

I bought this toothbrush about 3 or so weeks ago. I charged it and it worked for about a week. Then I tried it one morning and the button to turn it on no longer works. It literally does nothing when you press it. I tried charging it again thinking maybe it was a weak battery life or I accidentally left it on. But no, just doesn't work anymore. So I go on Amazon and they glad swap it out for me. I got the toothbrush really quick charged it up, and the same thing. Pressing the button does nothing. Had it for a day. Never used it. So now I'm gonna return this one too. But I am not going to buy this one again.

I liked the well balanced brush handle, and the differant cycles.
