These are really helpful but.... these have a 3 tier lifespan.First, they are really tight w/maximum support but can only be worn for so long before becoming extremely uncomfortable. (they will cut the circulation off to your toes)(2) once you get them broken in they can be worn for long periods of time w/good support & little to no discomfort. Unfortunately, that only lasts for so long.(3) lastly, they get stretched out and really loose. Once that happens they become completely useless and you'll need to start the process over again!

So I got these in and put them on to test for a day when I knew I would definitely have achy feet. I have SUPER high arches and narrow feet, and surprisingly these were nice and snug! They truly helped with my foot pain at the end of a day where my feet were pounding the concrete for 8 hours, whereas usually I can barley walk without a stabbing pain in my feet on days like that. They still hurt, but it honestly and truly took the edge off and I know they worked for me. I was so happy- until I took my sneakers off and saw these looked old and ratty already! It was the first wear. I had convinced my mom, sister, and best friend to get them immediately when they were whining about how bad their feet hurt and I kept bragging about having these so my feet didn’t hurt. I ate my words when I saw how they have basically zero durability, and showed them the tattered fabric and threads so they didn’t purchase them for themselves. So disappointed. I’m not sure if this was just a bad pair but really sad they can’t be used again. I tried to another time but they were stretched out and didn’t offer the same support, tried washing them in hot water to shrink them again and it didn’t help. :(

There are a lot of products like this so I chose the cheapest and I love it. The pain from my plantar faciitis was relieved more by this arch band than anything. I can wear it all day with complete comfort. It is thin enough that it doesn't add bulk to my foot inside my shoes (i.e. doesn't make my shoe any tighter on my foot). I've rinsed it out and let it dry and it doesn't seem to be stretching when I compare it to the other unworn band. The other thing that seemed to "cure" my PF was three whole days of staying off my feet with my feet propped up on a foot stool because of some surgery on my leg. All the icing and stretching and exercising didn't help my PF but rest and this arch band did the trick. PF almost all gone now.

When I first put these on, they felt amazing. Instant relief after 3 YEARS of suffering from planter fasciitis. But after wearing them for a couple hours, my feet started to ache in a new way. Like, they were being over-compressed. I can’t even wear them for more than a few minutes now without that compression pain coming back. I’m not even a big guy. I’m 5’10 and 155 lbs. But somehow Large/X-Large sleeves were way too tight for me. I really wish they had these in a larger size. The quality of the material is great. I just ordered the adjustable ones. Hoping they will finally cure me. Best of luck to you all in the fight against Plantar Fasciitis.
