Give Your Tastebuds a Treat
When you've been a vegetarian for over 47 years, you've tried just about every plant-based meat alternative out there. Impossible has done the impossible and actually made a sausage that is the real deal in taste, texture and versatility. You can cut the "log" into smaller slices (slightly thawing for softness) and make patties, crumbles or add some italian seasonings, bread crumbs, sauteed mushrooms and blend into non-meatballs for a great pasta experience. What's not to love!?

Delicious!
I haven’t actually cooked with these or used them on my own yet, both times I’ve purchased them they were my contribution to the veganizing of a family holiday mushroom-sausage-cheese dish (my dad makes it and is kind enough to make a vegan version as well if I supply the stuff). Both times it’s come out delicious! Much better than with literally any other sausage I’ve provided through the years and I’ve tried a bunch of varieties. Very flavorful, well seasoned, a great texture, just great all around. The only complaint I have is that they seem a little salty, but since I’ve only had them in a completed dish I don’t *know* that they’re the source of the salt (but with other sausage and the same cheese and veggies, I’ve never thought it was salty before). At some point I will try them for something else but they are kind of a splurge and I tend to use “crumbles” I can spice myself for my own recipes that I’d use sausage for. But so far I’m super pleased with these sausages!

almost too much like the real thing
This stuff tastes like "real" sausage wish it could taste. And all without having to worry about biting down into little chunks of gristle or bone. It's so savory that I find myself having to reduce the amount so it's not so overwhelming. Makes a tasty addition to breakfast sandwiches and the like.

Very Tasty
Item was very well seasoned. I usually don’t like exceptionally spicy items, however I tried the regular one and I prefer the spicy, the regular one is too salty. If you do not like the taste of salt being the first thing you taste then this is the better choice even if you don’t like spicy. I will be ordering this again, if I would like a flavorful experience.

Taste so Authentic
You absolutely cannot tell it isn’t meat. I’ve been off meat for years now but i still like flavor. This could fool company! Amazing flavor and texture. You won’t regret it. I use it in spaghetti and it stands up to reheating. Try this!

Very tasty sausage substitute
Due to my son's gradual transition to vegetarianism, I've been trying some of the IM products. The spicy sausage is really good, browns up well. Reminds me of chorizo. In some ways I prefer it to pork sausage. Very convenient to use in all sorts of dishes whether it's burritos, buddha bowls, breakfast dishes, pizza, chili, even asian recipes like Japanese style mapo tofu. Often, one wishes that vegetarian dishes had meat, this fixes it. The only downside is that it looks like dog food when you dump it into the pan, for this reason, I always brown it up before using it in a dish.

A little spicy and very tasty. Perfect texture. My husband thought he was eating pork sausage! I used it with a jar of pesto and cheese tortellini. Perfect 15 minute meal!
