I order for gift bags for a retirements center, upon receive the bag was open. I do not feel safe giving to the peoples because of everything going on in this world. I would like to receive a bag that is not open.

Product was not sealed.
Candies were lose in the envelope as the bag was not sealed. Don’t feel comfortable eating candy that wasn’t sealed in the bag properly. Says it’s not eligible for return.
