This replacement arrow keycap works well on my MacBook Air. The fit is good and it functions just like the original. The only small difference is that the Mac key looks a bit shinier than this one, but that might just be due to oil or wear. Also was very simple to put on and is very durable like the original. Overall, a solid and affordable replacement.

I broke my Right-Arrow key cap and butterfly hinge. I removed it because it was sticking, and I didn't realize I had to slide it on and off the hinges. So when I tried to put it back together, I broke the hinge. I went to the Apple Store for a repair with the keycap without the hinge, but they would have had to repair it by replacing the ENTIRE keyboard since they don't carry the hinges or keycaps on their own. Because I was out of warranty it would have cost me more than $200 and they would have had to order the part anyway which would take several days. For less than 10% of that, I got ordered the part myself and followed the video on how to remove/replace them, right from the product's media page. I am able to use my right arrow again, and it works perfectly. Definitely worth it.

We’ve got an infant who’s a scratch-grabber lol. I thought what the heck let him explore. Well he ripped off my right arrow key. After buying these and watching a YouTube video on the install (“Mac replacement keys” channel it went in with no issues. The replacement I got is just a hair shorter and doesn’t stick out as far once installed but works perfectly and no on who didn’t know would ever notice. Very good product in my opinion highly recommended if you’re in need of a replacement keycap.

You can do it! With the help of YouTube University, I discovered how to clean my iMac keyboard after spilling red wine on it months ago. Best Buy Geek Squad would not touch it (why pay for that membership then....). Apple wanted $450 for a keyboard repair! I love my iMac, it is my second one. So....I went to YouTube. I learned how to remove the key covers and soak them to make cleaning easier. In the process, I broke the plastic hinge on one key. For this much smaller price and some time, I repaired my iMac in time for a significant work trip.

Overall product(quality and delivery) was good. But it is not worth the price. The silicon cap was not included as they mentioned. With out it the will not work. I recommend visiting a shop to request a key replacement, as they may be able to provide the key from an old defective keypad.

I had a MacBook Pro M1 and my child took off the arrow key, I used this replacement and it worked perfectly. Looked like new and had no issues. Just use YouTube for instructions on how to install it.
