Seems to work as advertised
I have very sensitive skin and normally replace my blade every 7-10 days. I first used the SteelBee on July 5 on my Gillette Edge cartridge. It’s now August 8 and I’m still using the same blade with no irritation to my skin.

Kind of pricey but solid
I got this so I’d have a cover for my Gillette razor in my travel bag - the plastic covers for the cartridges are way too breakable to last through serious travel.I have no idea if or how this cover would extend the life of the blades - it’s rubbery plastic. And I get a couple of weeks from a cartridge already so I can’t really complain. But as a cover it’s decent. It takes a solid squeeze to get it over the ends of the Gillette cartridge but it stays pretty well once it’s there and I don’t have to worry about hitting a blade with my fingers when I fumble around in my toiletry bag.It felt a little silly to pay this much for a cover but it ought to last forever so I guess I’m ok with it.
